2. Gift Cards and Gift Vouchers

2.1 No Refunds or Exchanges

All purchases of gift cards and gift vouchers are final. They cannot be refunded, returned, or exchanged for cash or credit under any circumstances.

2.2 Delivery Time

Gift cards and vouchers are usually delivered instantly upon purchase. In some cases, delivery may take up to 48 hours. If you do not receive your gift card or voucher within this time frame, please contact us at [email protected].

2.3 Non-Delivery

If we are unable to deliver your gift card or voucher within 7 working days from the date of purchase, you are entitled to request a full refund to your original method of payment.

Once an order for a gift card or voucher is placed, it cannot be canceled or modified.

3. Travel Services

3.1 No Refunds or Cancellations

Travel bookings, including but not limited to flights, hotels, and packages, are final and non-refundable unless stated otherwise in the terms of the respective third-party travel provider. Cancellations or modifications may not be allowed after confirmation.

3.2 Third-Party Provider Policies

Travel services are provided through third-party providers. Refunds, if applicable, are subject to the cancellation and refund policies of the respective provider. We are not liable for any delays, cancellations, or service failures by third-party providers.

3.3 Delivery of Travel Documents

4. E-Commerce Products

4.1 No Returns or Exchanges

All e-commerce product sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for any e-commerce products unless required by applicable laws.

4.2 Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. Upon verification, we may offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.

4.3 Non-Delivery

All subscription purchases are final and non-refundable. Once you have purchased a subscription, you cannot cancel it for the current billing cycle.

5.2 Auto-Renewal Cancellation

You may cancel the auto-renewal of your subscription at any time to prevent charges for the next billing cycle. Cancellation of auto-renewal will not affect your access to subscription features for the remainder of the current period.

Opti Points earned through our Platform have no monetary value and are non-refundable and non-transferable. They cannot be exchanged for cash or any other form of credit.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product or service, including travel and e-commerce offerings, at any time without prior notice. We are not liable to you or any third party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuation of the service.
