5.1 Travel and E-Commerce Products

We offer travel bookings, gift cards, and other e-commerce products. By purchasing these products, you agree to the following:

  • All sales are final and non-refundable unless explicitly mentioned in these Terms or required by applicable laws.
  • Returns, exchanges, or cancellations are not permitted for travel and e-commerce products unless stated otherwise for specific offerings.
  • For travel services, you must review and comply with the terms and conditions of the third-party service providers (e.g., airlines, hotels) offering the services.

5.2 No Returns and No Exchanges

Due to the nature of digital goods, travel bookings, and e-commerce products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once the purchase or booking is confirmed. You agree to review all details carefully before completing your transaction.

6. Opti Points and Rewards

Users can earn Opti Points by spending at partnered affiliate merchants, purchasing gift cards, or availing travel services. Opti Points have no monetary value, cannot be transferred to cash, and are governed by the specific terms of the loyalty programme. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Opti Points programme without prior notice.

7. Payments and Subscriptions

All payments for subscriptions, travel services, and e-commerce products are processed through secure payment gateways such as Razorpay. You agree to pay all applicable charges, including any taxes. Failure to complete payments may result in cancellation of the order or service.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Cognifin Labs Private Limited. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use the content without prior written consent.

9. Third-Party Links and Services

The Platform may include links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the accuracy, practices, or content of these third-party platforms. Use them at your own discretion.

10. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Platform or Services, including travel and e-commerce products.

11. Refunds and Cancellations

Refunds are only issued under exceptional circumstances, such as failure to provide the service due to technical errors. Refund requests must be submitted within the stipulated time period as specified in our policies. Refunds for travel and e-commerce products will be governed by the policies of the respective third-party providers, where applicable.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.
